Thank you for your interest in the Alamance County Service League's Special Services Community Support Fund. We are proud to have contributed over $17,500 towards Special Services requests in 2024, supporting 56 requests for Alamance County individuals/families.
At this time, our budget for 2024 has been fulfilled. Please check back January 2025 when our application will be reopened.
The Alamance County Service League’s Special Services Fund is designed to assist individuals and families in need throughout Alamance County. ​All requests require referral from a valid governmental or social service agency, non-profit agency, or school faculty/staff.
We are able to consider requests for assistance with special projects or needs not funded by government or social service agencies. Examples include but are not limited to prescription/medical supplies, home repairs, educational necessities, necessities such as food and clothing, assistance with utilities and/or rent (these funds are very limited with a $350 maximum). We are unable to help with repossessions or evictions.
